Do you believe in miracles?

We experienced a miracle. We lived in Turkey and now live in Canada. You know, that mysterious country beyond the ocean that connects Europe and Asia. You must have heard of Istanbul. Or maybe you've come to visit. We are a happy couple with a son. Both of us have successful careers in Turkey. We also love to see new places and travel the world. Hiking in nature is our favorite activity.
By the way, our son is also a mechanical engineer and he works in Toronto.
One day, as they say, a miracle happened. We never even thought about it. This beautiful country, Canada, granted us the right to work and reside here. Everything happened so quickly that we found ourselves here. We are very happy and excited. Of course, we faced some minor difficulties. You know, the usual stuff. Finding a house, moving. But we managed. What are we doing in our new home, you ask?

My wife is learning English. Her aim is to learn to speak English to communicate with our future grandchildren. I am trying to find ways to top up the salaries we receive monthly from Turkey and cope with the expenses in Canada. My wife is also helping with this. For now, we are in the gig business, but I have a very good command of English and am open to any business opportunities suitable to my background. Please check my LinkedIn page. By the way, I am entitled to work and live in Canada. I have Open Work Permit for the next 3 years.

There is a saying by the famous philosopher "Mevlana". He says, "Start walking and the path will be shown to you." We started walking too. We hope the path will be shown to us as well. That's why we are striving and praying.
